I actually think napping is underrated. I used to catch 10 or 20 minutes and be completely fresh after. Not so much anymore. I want to keep napping and napping...

 I used to go to horticulture meetings that lasted all day. During the first talk after lunch, one could hear snoring scattered around the room.
